## Common questions

**Managing or cancelling a subscription**

Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are managed by Apple: open iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Plans bought on the web are managed from your account settings.

**Credits and billing**

Credits are only charged when a generation succeeds. If a render fails or times out, you are not charged. Email us with the date and model if a balance looks wrong.

**Restoring purchases**

In the iOS app, open Profile → Restore purchases. Use the Apple ID that made the original purchase.
