The "Client Portal" and "AI Suggestions" demos delivered the largest lifts (376% and 329% respectively). Both features had been historically difficult to explain in text — they are fundamentally demonstrable concepts that only make sense in motion. ## What We Learned

### Abstract features need motion more than physical products do

The biggest insight from this project was how much more leverage video carries for abstract software features versus physical products. An ecommerce product photo can at least show you what the product looks like. A bullet point describing "AI-powered task automation" conveys almost nothing — the demo video conveys everything.
