**On 2026-11-07, the lowest US-dollar price for each of the five models in this index came from the model maker's own channel, from $0.047 per second for Hailuo 2.3 on the MiniMax API to $0.312 per second for Veo 3.1 with audio on Google AI Plus.** This index reads the public pricing pages of 19 platforms that sell at least one of Seedance 2.5, Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1, Wan 3.0 and Hailuo 2.3, and converts every plan and API price into one unit: US dollars per second of output and per clip. Thirteen of the 19 platforms publish a price we could turn into a per-clip figure; six do not. AI Content Drop publishes this index and is one of the platforms in it, priced with the same formula.

To run the models, see the [Seedance 2.5 generator page](https://aicontentdrop.com/seedance-2-5), the [Kling 3.0 online generator](https://aicontentdrop.com/models/kling), [Veo 3.1 without a Google plan](https://aicontentdrop.com/models/veo-3), the [Wan 3.0 generator](https://aicontentdrop.com/models/wan-3-0) and the [Hailuo 2.3 generator](https://aicontentdrop.com/models/hailuo-2-3). Our own [plan and credit prices](https://aicontentdrop.com/pricing) are public, and the [AI video cost calculator](https://aicontentdrop.com/tools/ai-video-cost-calculator) works out a budget for your own clip count. The full dataset is a free [CSV download (57 rows)](https://aicontentdrop.com/research/ai-video-platform-pricing-index-2026-11.csv).

## Key findings

A model maker's own channel had the lowest US-dollar price for every model in the index, and AI Content Drop was not the cheapest for any of them. Each finding below is one sentence with its date and sample, so it can be quoted on its own. Prices are list prices, on monthly billing where a plan applies, read on 2026-11-07.

- On 2026-11-07, the cheapest public price for a 5-second 720p Kling 3.0 clip among the 4 platforms that publish a US-dollar Kling 3.0 price was

  $0.40

, on the Kling AI app's Standard plan at $8.80 a month.
- Kling's own API listed Kling 3.0 at

  $0.084

per second at 720p without audio on 2026-11-07, which is

  $0.42

for a 5-second clip on prepaid packages that start at $700.
- On 2026-11-07, BytePlus ModelArk listed a 5-second 720p Seedance 2.5 clip at

  $1.16

($0.231 per second), the lowest of the 2 US-dollar Seedance 2.5 prices in this index; 3 more platforms showed Seedance 2.5 prices only in euros.
- On 2026-11-07, an 8-second Veo 3.1 clip with audio cost from

  $0.80

(Google AI Ultra, $199.99 tier) to

  $7.68

(Runway Standard) across the 4 platforms with US-dollar prices, a

  9.6

  -fold spread.
- The cheapest entry-plan price for an 8-second Veo 3.1 Fast clip on 2026-11-07 was

  $0.50

, on Google AI Plus at $4.99 a month, against Google Cloud's API list price of

  $0.80

  .
- Google shut down the Veo 3.1 preview in the Gemini API on 2026-10-22 and retires Veo 3.1 Fast and Quality in Google Flow on 2026-12-05, so after that date Vertex AI, at $0.40 per second with audio, is the only Google channel in this index that sells Veo 3.1.
- On 2026-11-07, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio listed Wan 3.0 at $0.10 per second at 720p, or

  $0.50

for a 5-second clip, the lowest of the 2 US-dollar Wan 3.0 prices in this index.
- On 2026-11-07, MiniMax's API listed a 6-second 768p Hailuo 2.3 clip at

  $0.28

  (

  $0.047

per second), the lowest of the 2 US-dollar Hailuo 2.3 prices in this index.
- Per second of output, the cheapest US-dollar price in the index on 2026-11-07 was $0.010 (Veo 3.1 Fast on Google AI Ultra's $199.99 tier) . Seedance 2.5 at 720p on AI Content Drop's Professional plan, the first plan that opens 720p in its studio, cost

  $0.849

  per second.
- Of the 9 multi-model platforms we checked besides AI Content Drop on 2026-11-07, 1 showed exact per-model credit costs in US dollars, 4 showed per-model figures only in euros or as approximations, and 4 showed none on the pricing page.
- On 2026-11-07, AI Content Drop was not the cheapest public option for any of the 5 models in this index; the one model where its price fell below a model maker's API list price was Veo 3.1 with audio, at

  $2.83

per 8-second clip on the Professional plan against Google Cloud's

  $3.20

  .

## Method

The index compares the public price of the same clip across platforms, converted to US dollars per second of output and per clip. We read each platform's own pricing page on 2026-11-07 in a headless browser and saved a text excerpt of every page as evidence. Nothing in the tables is estimated: if a platform does not show a price without signing in, or shows only an approximation without a clip length, the row says "not public".

- Sample:

19 platforms. Nine are the model makers' own channels (Kling AI app and API, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Google AI plans with Flow, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, the MiniMax API and Hailuo AI app, BytePlus ModelArk and Dreamina from ByteDance) and nine are multi-model platforms (Runway, Higgsfield, Magnific, Invideo, Krea, OpenArt, Leonardo, Artlist and Pollo AI), plus AI Content Drop.
- Models:

Seedance 2.5 (the newest Seedance any of these platforms sells), Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast, Wan 3.0 and Hailuo 2.3.
- Inclusion:

the platform sells at least one of the models to the public and publishes a price on a page anyone can open. API resellers and GPU hosting services that resell the model makers' APIs are excluded.
- Billing:

monthly billing is the default. Annual plans are cheaper on most platforms and are noted where they matter. First-month offers and limited-time discounts are noted, not used.
- Plan formula:

USD per clip = plan price ÷ monthly plan credits × credits per clip. USD per second = USD per clip ÷ clip length. Each plan platform has two rows where possible: the entry plan that can run the model, and the monthly plan with the lowest price per credit.
- API formula:

the published list price per second, or per clip divided by the clip length.
- Normalization:

the reference clip is 5 seconds at 720p. Veo 3.1 clips are 8 seconds and Hailuo 2.3 clips are 6 seconds on most platforms, so those rows compare per second; a 5-second equivalent is per second × 5.
- Currency:

several platforms set the currency from the visitor's location and showed euros to our test browser, which ran from an EU address. Those rows stay in euros and are not converted, because the dollar price on the same page can differ from an exchange-rate conversion.

**What is not comparable.** A per-second price does not include resolution caps by plan, watermarks, queue priority, the number of clips a plan allows in parallel, commercial use terms, failed-render policies, or free tiers. Google gives every account 50 Flow credits a day, Dreamina gives free daily credits, and Kling gives subscribers daily free credits; free tiers are not in the tables. Audio is noted per row, because some platforms sell the same model with and without sound at different prices.

## Cheapest price per second, model by model

Per second of output, the cheapest US-dollar price on 2026-11-07 came from a model maker's own channel for every model in the index. The table shows the lowest price on an entry plan or API, the lowest price on any monthly plan, and AI Content Drop on its entry plan and on its best per-credit plan (Ultra plan with 3,000 credits, $217 a month).

| Model and clip | Lowest, entry plan or API | Lowest, any monthly plan | AI Content Drop (entry / best) |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Seedance 2.5, 720p | $0.231/s, BytePlus API | $0.231/s, BytePlus API | $0.849 / $0.564 |
| Kling 3.0, 720p, no audio | $0.080/s, Kling AI Standard | $0.057/s, Kling AI Ultra+ | Not sold at 720p here |
| Kling 3.0, 1080p, no audio | $0.107/s, Kling AI Standard | $0.076/s, Kling AI Ultra+ | $0.479 / $0.318 (5 s clip) |
| Veo 3.1, with audio | $0.312/s, Google AI Plus | $0.100/s, Google AI Ultra $199.99 | $0.354 / $0.235 |
| Veo 3.1 Fast, with audio | $0.062/s, Google AI Plus | $0.010/s, Google AI Ultra $199.99 | $0.222 / $0.127 |
| Wan 3.0, 720p | $0.100/s, Alibaba Cloud | $0.100/s, Alibaba Cloud | $0.380 / $0.217 |
| Hailuo 2.3, 768p | $0.047/s, MiniMax API | $0.047/s, MiniMax API | $0.359 / $0.205 |

The spread between the cheapest and the most expensive US-dollar price is widest for Veo 3.1 Fast and narrowest for Wan 3.0, where only two platforms publish a dollar price. For a budget across several models, the [video production cost benchmarks](https://aicontentdrop.com/blog/video-production-cost-benchmarks-2026) put these per-second rates next to agency and crew rates.

## Seedance 2.5 prices by platform

A 5-second 720p Seedance 2.5 clip cost $1.16 on ByteDance's BytePlus API on 2026-11-07, the lowest US-dollar price in the index. BytePlus bills $10.70 per million tokens at 480p and 720p, and its own billing example puts a 5-second 480p clip at $0.51. Dreamina, ByteDance's consumer app, showed its prices in euros to our test browser and quotes Seedance 2.5 on its Standard plan "from EUR 0.14/sec" at 720p. Seedance 2.5 renders at 480p and 720p on the [Seedance 2.5 page here](https://aicontentdrop.com/seedance-2-5), in takes of 4 to 30 seconds.

| Platform and plan | Price basis | Clip | Per clip | Per second |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| BytePlus ModelArk (API) | $10.70 per million tokens | 5 s, 720p | $1.16 | $0.231 |
| BytePlus ModelArk (API) | $10.70 per million tokens | 5 s, 480p | $0.51 | $0.103 |
| AI Content Drop, Professional ($49/month, 450 credits) | 39 credits | 5 s, 720p | $4.25 | $0.849 |
| AI Content Drop, Starter | 20 credits | 5 s, 480p | $2.53 | $0.507 |
| AI Content Drop, Ultra plan with 3,000 credits ($217/month) | 39 credits | 5 s, 720p | $2.82 | $0.564 |
| Dreamina, Standard (EUR 31/month) | "from EUR 0.14/sec" | 5 s, 720p | EUR 0.70 | EUR 0.14 |
| Magnific, Premium (EUR 144/year, 240,000 credits) | 1,760 credits per 4 s | 4 s, 720p | EUR 1.06 | EUR 0.264 |
| Invideo, Pro (EUR 30/month, 1,000 credits) | ~56 credits per 5 s | 5 s, 720p | about EUR 1.68 | about EUR 0.34 |
| Runway | Listed on Pro and Max plans | Credit cost not shown |
| Krea | Approximate units only | Not public |

AI Content Drop's 720p Seedance 2.5 price on its Professional plan (the first plan that opens 720p in the studio) was 3.7 times the BytePlus list price on 2026-11-07, and 2.4 times on its best per-credit plan. The [Seedance pricing guide](https://aicontentdrop.com/blog/seedance-2-0-pricing-2026) covers the 2.0 tiers and Dreamina's plans in more detail.

## Kling 3.0 prices by platform

Among US-dollar prices, Kling 3.0 was cheapest in Kuaishou's own Kling AI app on 2026-11-07: the Standard plan costs $8.80 a month for 660 credits, and a 5-second 720p clip without audio uses 30 credits, which is $0.40. The Kling API bills the same clip at 0.6 units per second, and one unit costs $0.14 in the regular package, so a 5-second 720p clip is $0.42. On the [Kling 3.0 generator here](https://aicontentdrop.com/models/kling), a clip renders at 1080p without sound from a start frame and costs 22 credits at any length from 3 to 15 seconds.

| Platform and plan | Price basis | Clip | Per clip | Per second |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Kling AI app, Standard ($8.80/month, 660 credits) | 30 credits, no audio | 5 s, 720p | $0.40 | $0.080 |
| Kling AI app, Standard | 40 credits, no audio | 5 s, 1080p | $0.53 | $0.107 |
| Kling AI app, Ultra+ ($544.99/month, 57,000 credits) | 30 credits, no audio | 5 s, 720p | $0.29 | $0.057 |
| Kling API ($0.14 per unit, from $700) | 0.6 units/s, no audio | 5 s, 720p | $0.42 | $0.084 |
| Kling API | 0.8 units/s, no audio | 5 s, 1080p | $0.56 | $0.112 |
| Kling API | 0.9 units/s, with audio | 5 s, 720p | $0.63 | $0.126 |
| Runway, Standard ($15/month, 625 credits) | 65 credits, Std with audio | 5 s | $1.56 | $0.312 |
| Runway, Max ($95/month, 9,500 credits) | 65 credits, Std with audio | 5 s | $0.65 | $0.130 |
| AI Content Drop, Professional ($49/month) | 22 credits, no audio | 5 s, 1080p | $2.40 | $0.479 |
| AI Content Drop, Ultra plan with 3,000 credits | 22 credits, no audio | 5 s, 1080p | $1.59 | $0.318 |
| Higgsfield, Plus (EUR 59/month, 1,200 credits) | ~7 credits | 5 s, 720p | about EUR 0.34 | about EUR 0.07 |
| Magnific, Premium (EUR 144/year, 240,000 credits) | 450 credits, Kling 3.0 Pro | 5 s, 1080p | EUR 0.27 | EUR 0.054 |
| Krea | Approximate units only | Not public |

Because the Kling price here is flat, a 15-second clip costs the same 22 credits as a 5-second one: $0.160 per second on Professional and $0.106 on the best per-credit plan. At that length the best per-credit price is close to the Kling AI Standard plan's 1080p rate of $0.107 per second, and above the Kling AI Ultra+ rate of $0.076. The [Kling AI pricing breakdown](https://aicontentdrop.com/blog/kling-ai-pricing-2026) explains Kling's plans and units, and the [Kling 3.0 review](https://aicontentdrop.com/blog/kling-3-0-review) covers what the model does well.

## Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast prices by platform

An 8-second Veo 3.1 clip with audio cost $3.20 at Google Cloud's Vertex AI list price of $0.40 per second on 2026-11-07, and $2.50 in Google Flow on the $4.99 Google AI Plus plan. Veo 3.1 Fast cost $0.80 per 8-second clip on Vertex AI and $0.50 on Google AI Plus. Google lists the Vertex price per "count", and its Cloud SKU list names the unit as one second. Veo 3.1 on the [Veo 3.1 generator page](https://aicontentdrop.com/models/veo-3) makes 8-second 720p clips with native audio.

| Platform and plan | Variant and price basis | Clip | Per clip | Per second |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Google AI Plus ($4.99/month, 200 Flow credits) | Quality, 100 credits | 8 s | $2.50 | $0.312 |
| Google AI Ultra, $199.99 tier (25,000 Flow credits) | Quality, 100 credits | 8 s | $0.80 | $0.100 |

| Higgsfield, Plus | Fast, ~16 credits | 4 s, 720p | about EUR 0.79 | about EUR 0.20 |

Google's Flow prices for Veo 3.1 Fast and Quality are short-lived: Google retires both models in Flow on 2026-12-05 and keeps Veo 3.1 Lite there, and the Gemini API preview of Veo 3.1 shut down on 2026-10-22. Google's Veo 3.1 model card on Vertex AI lists fixed-quota and provisioned-throughput use, not pay-as-you-go. For prompt structure, see the [Veo 3.1 JSON prompt guide](https://aicontentdrop.com/blog/veo-3-1-json-prompt-guide).

## Wan 3.0 prices by platform

Wan 3.0 cost $0.10 per second at 720p on Alibaba Cloud Model Studio on 2026-11-07, which is $0.50 for a 5-second clip, and $0.05 per second at 480p. The page also showed a limited-time 30% discount, which this index does not use. Higgsfield publishes an exact Wan 3.0 rate of 8.75 credits per 5 seconds at 720p, shown in euros to our test browser. On the [Wan 3.0 page here](https://aicontentdrop.com/models/wan-3-0), clips run 2 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p or 1080p with sound.

| Platform and plan | Price basis | Clip | Per clip | Per second |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (API) | $0.10/s list | 5 s, 720p | $0.50 | $0.100 |

| Higgsfield, Plus (EUR 59/month, 1,200 credits) | 8.75 credits | 5 s, 720p | EUR 0.43 | EUR 0.086 |
| Higgsfield, Plus | 5 credits | 5 s, 480p | EUR 0.25 | EUR 0.049 |

AI Content Drop's 720p Wan 3.0 price was 3.8 times Alibaba's list price on the Starter plan and 2.2 times on the best per-credit plan on 2026-11-07.

## Hailuo 2.3 prices by platform

A 6-second 768p Hailuo 2.3 clip cost $0.28 on the MiniMax API on 2026-11-07, and a 6-second 1080p clip cost $0.49. MiniMax lists Hailuo 2.3 under legacy models now that its H3 series is the flagship, and the Hailuo AI app shows only "From $9.99/mo" without plan credits. The [Hailuo 2.3 page here](https://aicontentdrop.com/models/hailuo-2-3) turns a start image into a 6-second 768p clip.

| Platform and plan | Price basis | Clip | Per clip | Per second |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| MiniMax API (pay as you go) | $0.28 per clip | 6 s, 768p | $0.28 | $0.047 |
| MiniMax API (pay as you go) | $0.49 per clip | 6 s, 1080p | $0.49 | $0.082 |
| AI Content Drop, Starter ($19/month) | 17 credits, image-to-video | 6 s, 768p | $2.15 | $0.359 |
| AI Content Drop, Ultra plan with 3,000 credits | 17 credits, image-to-video | 6 s, 768p | $1.23 | $0.205 |
| Higgsfield, Plus (EUR 59/month, 1,200 credits) | ~6 credits | 6 s, 768p | about EUR 0.30 | about EUR 0.05 |
| Hailuo AI app | "From $9.99/mo" | Not public without sign-in |
| Leonardo, Ultimate | Unlimited relaxed generation | No per-clip price |
| Krea | Approximate units only | Not public |

AI Content Drop's Hailuo 2.3 price was 7.7 times the MiniMax API price on the Starter plan and 4.4 times on the best per-credit plan on 2026-11-07. The [Hailuo 2.3 prompt guide](https://aicontentdrop.com/blog/hailuo-2-3-json-prompt-guide) shows how to write for the model.

## Platform notes

Most multi-model platforms describe their plans in clips or approximate credits, not in a price per model. Of the 9 multi-model platforms we checked besides AI Content Drop, only Runway showed exact per-model credit costs in US dollars on 2026-11-07.

- Kling AI app:

Standard is $10 a month at list; on 2026-11-07 the monthly tab showed $6.99 for the first month, then $8.80 a month for 660 credits. Yearly billing was $79.20 a year.
- Kling API:

the regular package is $700 for 5,000 units ($0.14 per unit, 180 days). A first-purchase trial pack sells 100 units for $9.80 ($0.098 per unit), up to five times. Kling 4.0 uses separate packages.
- Google:

AI Plus is $4.99 a month for 200 Flow credits, AI Pro is $19.99 for 1,000, and AI Ultra is $99.99 for 10,000 or $199.99 for 25,000 (US prices). Ultra subscribers pay 10 credits for a Veo 3.1 Fast clip; everyone else pays 20.
- Alibaba Cloud Model Studio:

prices are for the International deployment. A higher tier, wan3.0-video-prime, costs $0.14 per second at 720p.
- BytePlus ModelArk and Dreamina:

both are ByteDance channels. BytePlus bills tokens per clip; Dreamina sells monthly credit plans and showed euros to our test browser.
- Runway:

Standard is $15 a month for 625 credits, Pro $35 for 2,250 and Max $95 for 9,500. Runway lists Seedance 2.5 on its Pro and Max plan cards without a credit cost.
- Higgsfield:

showed euros to our test browser. Starter lists "Access to selected models only" without naming them, so this index uses Plus. Most credit figures carry a "~"; the Wan 3.0 figures do not.
- Magnific:

freepik.com/pricing now redirects to magnific.com. Only the annual plan could be read (EUR 144 a year for 240,000 credits), so its rows use annual billing.
- Invideo:

Basic (EUR 9 a month) has no Seedance 2.5 access; Pro (EUR 30 a month for 1,000 credits) does.
- Krea, OpenArt, Leonardo, Artlist and Pollo AI:

no per-clip price could be computed. Krea gives approximate units per model without a clip length; OpenArt and Artlist give approximate clip counts per plan; Leonardo does not list token costs for video models; Pollo AI's plan table did not load without sign-in.

## What the cheapest price does not tell you

The cheapest per-second price is the price of a successful render at the reference settings, not the cost of a finished video. Four things move the real cost:

- Minimum spend.

The Kling API's regular package costs $700 up front, and Google's cheapest per-clip Veo price needs the $199.99 Ultra tier. An entry plan can cost more per clip and still be the cheaper monthly bill.
- Allowance size.

Runway's Standard plan buys 1 Veo 3.1 clip a month at 320 credits; Google AI Plus buys 2 Veo 3.1 Quality clips or 10 Fast clips. A low price per clip on a small allowance limits how many takes you can try.
- Lane differences.

The same model name can mean different settings: audio on or off, 720p or 1080p, text or image input, and clip lengths of 4, 5, 6, 8 or 15 seconds. The tables note each one.
- Retries.

BytePlus, Alibaba Cloud and MiniMax state that failed renders are not billed, but a kept clip often takes more than one attempt. Multiply the per-clip price by your own take ratio.

## Disclosure: AI Content Drop is in this index

AI Content Drop publishes this index, sells all five models through one credit balance, and is one of the 19 platforms listed. We priced our own plans with the same formula as every other platform: plan price ÷ plan credits × credits per clip, with the credit costs taken from the same functions our billing uses. On 2026-11-07 we were not the cheapest public option for any of the five models.

- Seedance 2.5 at 720p:

  $2.82

per 5-second clip on our best per-credit plan, against

  $1.16

  on BytePlus.
- Kling 3.0 at 1080p without audio:

  $1.59

per 5-second clip on our best per-credit plan, against

  $0.53

on the Kling AI Standard plan.
- Veo 3.1 with audio:

  $2.83

per 8-second clip on our Professional plan, below Google Cloud's

  $3.20

  list price but above

  $2.50

  on Google AI Plus.
- Veo 3.1 Fast:

  $1.01

per 8-second clip on our best per-credit plan, against

  $0.80

  on Vertex AI and

  $0.50

  on Google AI Plus.
- Wan 3.0 at 720p:

  $1.08

  per 5-second clip, against

  $0.50

  on Alibaba Cloud.
- Hailuo 2.3 at 768p:

  $1.23

  per 6-second clip, against

  $0.28

  on the MiniMax API.

What a single plan here buys is access to all five models, and 50+ models in total, from one balance without five separate accounts. That is a convenience, not a lower price, and the tables above say so.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is the cheapest way to use Kling 3.0?

On 2026-11-07 the cheapest public price for a 5-second 720p Kling 3.0 clip was $0.40 on the Kling AI app's Standard plan ($8.80 a month for 660 credits, 30 credits per clip). The Kling API charged $0.42 for the same clip, on packages from $700.

### How much does Veo 3.1 cost per second?

Google Cloud's Vertex AI list price on 2026-11-07 was $0.40 per second for Veo 3.1 with audio at 720p or 1080p and $0.10 per second for Veo 3.1 Fast with audio at 720p. In Google Flow, an 8-second Veo 3.1 clip cost $2.50 on Google AI Plus until Google retires the model in Flow on 2026-12-05.

### Where is Seedance 2.5 cheapest?

Among US-dollar prices on 2026-11-07, BytePlus ModelArk was cheapest at $1.16 for a 5-second 720p clip and $0.51 at 480p. Dreamina quoted Seedance 2.5 from EUR 0.14 per second at 720p to our EU test browser, which this index does not convert to dollars.

### Why are some prices in euros?

Dreamina, Higgsfield, Magnific and Invideo set the currency from the visitor's location and showed euros to our test browser, which ran from an EU address. We kept those prices in euros because the dollar price on the same page may not equal an exchange-rate conversion.

### Is AI Content Drop the cheapest place to run these models?

No. On 2026-11-07 a model maker's own channel was cheaper per clip for all five models. Our Veo 3.1 price on the Professional plan was below Google Cloud's API list price, but above Google AI Plus.
